The FAQ
Model release information
Any Client that retains our services assigns Organic Frame Photography the right to use and publish photographs garnered in a session, for editorial, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any other manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; the client releases all claims to profits that may arise from images.
With all that being said, I do understand some of my clients may wish to render my services but would like their images to remain private. If this sounds like you, please specify this PRIOR to sending your retainer, so that we can discuss your specific wishes, and have the correct contract drawn up!
Do you Travel?
Yes, I am happy to travel to surrounding immediate communities but a travel fee maybe required for further locations.
How many photos do we get?
This is dependent on the package/session you choose.
Quantities range from staged mini sessions of 5 photos to the Family package which is ALL the keepers (minimum of 30 images)
How do we get our photos?
When your photos are ready, you will receive an email containing a link to your personal online gallery. From there you are able to download your entire album.
Whats your turn around time?
Turn around time is dependent on the package chosen and the season in which we are capturing this chapter in your life. Please don't hesitate to bring this up once you have settled on which session is best for your needs.
How do we book you?
You can contact me here under "contact" or email at organicframephotography@gmail.com
More of a social butterfly? I can also be reached on Facebook and Instagram with the same handle - Organic Frame Photography
Can you help us with planning?
I absolutely can help with planning! Outside of the staged mini sessions I host, I can help create the perfect backdrop or scout the perfect location to help create the moment you're envisioning.
What should we wear?
While I am a firm believer in personal style, I know most people want a cohesive and complimentary feel to their finished photos. I encourage all my clients to think about the feel they are wanting to invoke - vintage, relaxed, elegant etc. From there we can coordinate complimentary color schemes for all individuals present for the session. With all that being said, earthy neutrals are timeless and photograph beautifully. Putting different subjects in varying shades of the same palette also helps to keep a cohesive, balanced look. Above all else and perhaps most importantly, I want you to be comfortable.
If ever you are unsure please don't hesitate to reach out prior to your session and I can help with a style guide!
Can I bring my pet?
Of course! I do ask that you mention it prior to your session, so I can make sure the location chosen is adequate and suitable for your furry friend!
